This is an original old vintage trap on an original old barn board. The wood is not faux aged, but rather a piece of real Montana history. Even the wire used to disable the trap is old original trapping wire. The only thing that is modern on this piece is the hanger and screws that hold it in place. This rustic piece adds to any den, cabin or shabby chic décor. Dimensions of the trap are approx. 4-3/4″ x 12-1/4″ and are marked Bridger No. 11. The boards vary as I wanted to keep the live edges intact and are approx. 5″ wide and approx. 18″ long. Again, these are real traps with their original patina, not knockoff phony traps that have been “quick aged”.
